Service Description IndiGo is an AI Agent platform that offers a variety of services to meet different user needs. Available agents include YouTubeIA, ZapBrain and EmpatIA, each with their own specific functionalities, usage limits and subscription fees. These services are in beta phase, allowing users to interact with YouTube video content, online texts, PDF files and receive empathetic communication support.

Experimental Nature You understand that IndiGo services are provided in an experimental (beta) phase and are therefore subject to errors, inaccuracies or bugs. The service is provided “as is” without any implied or express warranties as to its performance or accuracy.

Possibility of Discontinuation The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any IndiGo service at any time, without prior notice or any liability to users.

Subscription and Payment Plans Each plan offers different features and is billed monthly on a recurring basis. The user can cancel their subscription at any time.

• Description: Service that allows users to ask questions about the content of YouTube videos, generate summaries, study guides and lists of frequently asked questions with FAQ answers.
• Usage limit: Up to 30 videos per month.
• Subscription Price: R$69.90/month.
• ZapBrain
• Description: A service that allows you to send links to online texts, PDF files, and YouTube videos to perform queries and get personalized answers. ZapBrain also generates summaries, study guides, and lists of frequently asked questions with answers to support learning and information organization.
• Usage Limits: Up to 30 YouTube videos, unlimited online text links, and 500 PDF pages per month.
• Subscription Price: R$99.90/month.
• Empathy
• Description: An agent focused on improving communication and interpersonal relationships through reflections based on non-violent communication and the principles of Jungian psychology. Conversations are encrypted and treated with complete confidentiality.
• Usage Limits: Up to 200 total minutes of audio messages per month and unlimited text messages (subject to adjustments during beta period).
• Subscription Price: R$69.90/month.

Usage Limitations The use of each plan is personal and non-transferable, and sharing or any collective use is prohibited. Access will be linked to the WhatsApp number provided at the time of subscription, and it will not be possible to use the services with other numbers.

Usage credits are not cumulative and will be automatically renewed each month upon confirmation of subscription payment.

Intellectual Property and Use of Data: All content generated by IndiGo is created with the aim of adding value to the daily lives of users, helping with their specific information and reflection needs. The data and responses provided are for the user's personal use and do not constitute professional advice or official recommendation.

IndiGo disclaims any responsibility for the direct or indirect use of the generated content, and the user understands that the service is offered without guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of the responses for specific purposes.

Privacy and Data The use of the services implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which details how data is collected and used. Conversations and responses generated by EmpatIA are encrypted and treated confidentially, and are not used for any type of subsequent training.

Disclaimer The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use IndiGo services.

Support and Problem Reporting If the user encounters any problem with the service, they should open a support ticket through the support portal at inditi.freshdesk.com.

Changes to the Terms These terms may change at any time. We will notify users in advance of any significant changes.

Applicable Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. By using IndiGo services, the user agrees to the terms described here. If you disagree with any clause, we ask that you do not use the services
